Return your completed form to the office nearest you, or send it to us through our contact form. If a question trips you up while you’re filling it out, call us — we’re glad to walk you through it.

Board Review
Submittals are reviewed by the Winning Smiles Scholarship Foundation Board. We’ll be in touch about next steps once your application has been considered.

The Winning Smiles Scholarship sits alongside our Teacher of the Month program and the local events our team turns out for every year, from Bluffton to Walterboro. Cost shouldn’t be the reason a child goes without orthodontic care, and this foundation is how we do something about it.
